Kiddies' Pal Pediatrics was created by Dr Tal Minuskin in order to provide the highest quality health care using evidence-based medicine to children. We differ from other practices that work like "factories" in that you will definitely receive personalized care for you and your children. As a board certified Pediatrician, Dr Minuskin diligently follows all current recommendations, policies, protocols and management of children from all of the different American Academies. American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI), Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA), American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP), Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America (POSNA), American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAAAI), and others.

We perform routine Well Child Visits, appropriate Sports Physicals, Newborn screening tests, Asthma and Allergy visits, ADHD evaluations and followups, Anxiety/Depression screening and treatment, Autism screening and treatment.

​

We offer newborn circumcisions, ECGs, pulmonary function testing for asthmatics or other respiratory conditions, in office rapid strep and influenza tests and urinalysis. We can do sterile bladder catheterizations for infants with suspected urinary tract infections.

We provide specialized one-on-one lactation consultations with an IBCLC lactation consultant and the doctor.

Dr Minuskin respects the Human Microbiome and will not contribute to dysbiosis due to excessive and unnecessary antibiotic use like many other licensed providers. There is no such thing as "just in case" with respect to fever and infectious diseases and administration of antibiotics. There are many other causes of fevers and Dr Minuskin will always search for them.

We honor the wishes of all parents with respect to vaccinations. Notwithstanding, we recommend and support all of the current guidelines from the CDC, ACIP and AAP.

Dr Minuskin is a Certified Mohel and can perform the act of Jewish ritual circumcisions. He has performed hundreds, if not thousands of routine surgical circumcisions and is a master of the Gomco clamp. Kiddies' Pal Pediatrics is the first of its kind to specially design the office with the specific demands of accommodating many family members and guests in support of this joyous occasion.

We specialize in modern, technological, up to date patient monitoring, electronic health records (EHR) and patient communication methods. Through our EHR patient portal we offer access to our patients to AAP informational medical practice hand outs, information sheets and other important news. We also utilize text messaging and email methods through our EHR.

Dr Minuskin is credentialed at all of the local hospitals and will gladly be available to see your newborn babies there.

​

We accept all major and state insurance carriers. We will also accept cash payers. At Kiddies' Pal Pediatrics we recognize the huge cost burden of health care and always work with the families in this respect.
